If someone would like to contribute, this is the list of items needed for Sandy Morgan's great nephew and his unit that is deployed in Iraq.  She is making up a "goody box" for shipment and here is the list

 

Chap stick, sun screen, wet ones, large zip lock bags, razors for shaving, toothbrush and toothpaste, anti-bacterial soap, bug repellant, hard candy, beef jerky, writing paper and pens and envelopes, books and magazines, kleenex tissue travel packs, trail mix, powdered drinks, foot powder, baby powder, gum, socks (black knee high to wear with boots).  If you send cookies put them in a metal container to keep them from crumbling, disposable cameras, batteries (D and AA).
